Here’s proof that it’s SUPER busy in Disney World this weekend!

Typically, holiday weekends tend to bring extra crowds to the Disney World parks. And it looks like this President’s Day weekend is no exception! In fact, it’s so busy in Disney World that we just experienced a first for Disney Genie+.
Disney Genie+ is an optional service that guests can buy in order to skip the standby lines and instead use a Lightning Lane at select attractions. The pricing for Genie+ starts at $15 but varies by date based on expected demand.

We already had a feeling the demand would be high this weekend since the Disney World Genie+ price reached $29 on Saturday, which matches the highest price we’ve seen to date at the resort. And now, Genie+ has just hit another huge milestone!

Today, Genie+ has sold out for the first time in Disney World. We did see Genie+ sell out in Disneyland during the 2022 holiday season, but this is a first for the Florida parks. The price was also $29 today.

This is a good reminder that the Genie+ service is subject to availability, so if you plan to visit the parks during a busy time of year, be sure to buy Genie+ early in the day if it’s a must-have for you and your family!
