Why Buy a Disney Mug When You Could Have a Disney GOBLET?

We recently ran across a few beautifully decorated Disney goblets, and they might make you want to retire that Disney mug you’ve been used to carrying around!

Disney Cups

Disney cups have come in so many forms over the decades since their inception but we’re not sure we’ve run across anything quite like these before!

These new Disney-inspired goblets from Entertainment Earth gave us all the regal vibes and we think they’re quite the find! Each of these goblets is measured at 7 inches tall x 3 1/2 inches wide x 3 1/2 inches long approximately and can be hand washed only. Each Disney design adorns the outside of the chalice while the inside will have a stainless steel insert for keeping your drink warm or cold. If you’re looking to purchase them you’ll have to wait in suspense for a while as Entertainment Earth is currently only taking preorders now. The goblets will be available for general purchase as of September 2023.

The first one that we ran across was inspired by The Little Mermaid.

The outside is a beautifully painted scene of Ursula the Sea Witch and Ariel right in the center of her. The stem of the goblet allows for Ursula’s octopus-like tentacles to take their full form as they touch the bottom base which is decorated in a black design with aquamarine jewels around the base.

The next design we ran across is equally as popular! This goblet draws inspiration from Winifred Sanderson of Hocus Pocus.

Winnie is the leader of the Sanderson sisters, bent on getting her revenge on the town of Salem against a band of teens and a talking cursed cat. The goblet’s design replicates the centerpiece of Winnie’s dress bodice and has some spooky tones to the vibrant greens and purples. The stem is adorned with a crest piece of a snake holding a green jewel which we believe is callback to her ring that’s featured in the movie. The bottom of the chalice also has an iconic quote directly from Winifred on just how she feels about her dear sisters.

This last goblet that caught our eye was the Disney 100 Years of Wonder goblet.

This design is a great representation of celebrating Disney’s past, present, and future all in one design. The outside features the light periwinkle purple set against all the platinum details — both colors are featured in a lot of the decor and merchandise for Disney’s 100th anniversary celebration. The center crest says “Disney 100” and is outlined by regal-like filigree. Minnie Mouse’s head is used as a clever connection between the cup and stem while the sparkle continues down the stem in the base.
