We’re DROOLING Over the Cookie Butter Buttercream Snack Cake at Gideon’s Bakehouse Treat in Disney Springs

It’s hard to believe this popular Disney Springs spot has only been open for two years. It feels like such a fixture at this point, and we look forward to their new releases.

Gideon’s is celebrating their anniversary the best way they know how: with a brand-new treat! And what better treat is there for a birthday than cake? Gideon’s announced on their Instagram a new menu item called the Cookie Butter Buttercream Snack Cake. Gideon’s describes these as “comically oversized,” and if we know anything about them, they aren’t your typical Hostess snack cakes.

These new treats are continuing the cookie butter theme from the treats released at the beginning of the month. Each one has two layers of a soft vanilla cake with a thick layer of cookie butter buttercream and cookie butter cookies in between. The entire cake is then covered in Callebaut chocolate and finished off with a dollop of cookie butter buttercream. YUM.

To really grasp how oversized these are, Gideon’s even gave us eating instructions! They suggest breaking open the cake to enjoy it in smaller pieces. If you’d like to celebrate with them, you can only get this treat on January 16th, 2023 at either of their locations while supplies last, so hurry on over!
