The Festival of Holidays has begun, and there’s lots of merchandise and snacks to find throughout the season. So, come along with us as we check out a NEW festive treat over in Disney California Adventure park!

This is the Atomic Pretzel from Pym Test Kitchen! It’s an apple-bacon soft pretzel with cinnamon sugar, apple-bacon compote, cranberries, caramel sauce, cream cheese, and candied pepper bacon.

This pretzel was SO tasty! Our favorite part was the apple bacon compote and the candied pepper bacon. The compote had warm cinnamon apple pieces and a little bit of savory flavor from the bacon.

Would you try this?

The candied bacon was absolutely perfect — it was a little sweet with a hint of spice from the pepper. We honestly wish there would’ve been more of the bacon on the pretzel!

Closer look

The caramel sauce went well with the cinnamon apple flavor and the cream cheese added some more sweetness and a bit of a tang to the whole thing. This pretzel reminded us of warm apple pie and caramel apples, but with the addition of delicious bacon!
