Deck the halls, put on the holiday album from *NYSNC, and get ready to celebrate — the holidays are basically here!

We’ve shared a look at some of the Disney holiday items you can get on Amazon, a holiday special coming to Disney+, and the holiday decorations that are already up in Disney World. But there’s an extra special holiday display that is up right now and it’s something you will NOT want to miss!

Giant Christmas trees in the parks, holiday merchandise, and holiday ride overlays — that’s what the season is made of in Disney World, right? While those are certainly some exciting parts of the holiday season, to really celebrate the merriest time of the year, you’ll also want to visit Disney World’s hotels!

At select hotels, you’ll find some INCREDIBLE gingerbread displays. While the display at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is one that many are familiar with, the display over at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is one you absolutely won’t want to skip.

Specifically, within the lobby of Disney’s Beach Club Resort, you’ll typically find an absolutely astonishing gingerbread carousel!

It’s everything you want it to be — ginormous, incredibly detailed, and themed (of course) to some iconic Disney characters.

Last year the carousel was themed to The Little Mermaid, and in 2019 it was themed to Peter Pan and in 2014 we saw the horses themed to some of the Fab 5. But this year a bunch of the Disney Princesses have taken center stage! You can see the horses themed to Snow White…

…who has some incredible detailing from the portrait on the side…

…to her name…

…to the Magic Mirror and apple on top.

There is also Princess Tiana…

…who has some delicious looking Mickey beignets on top…

…and some awesome detailing.

Check out the Queen Elsa-themed horse.

This horse has Elsa’s Ice Palace on top.

We can’t get over how decorated these are!

Next, we have Princess Jasmine…

She has the Genie’s magic lamp on top…

…and the palace on the side of the horse.

Finally, there is a Belle horse!

On this horse you can see the rose on the side…

…and the mirror and some books on top!

Also part of this display is Santa’s Nice List! All of the names helped create this incredible gingerbread display, which took over 600 hours of work — it’s been under construction since July!

While you’re over here at Beach Club, you might also notice some other holiday decor that’s sprung up in the lobby.

Also, if you visit the gingerbread carousel, be sure to look for any potential samples that might be handed out. And remember, the carousel DOES actually spin!

You’ll also want to search nearby for the tasty treats that are typically offered for the holiday season over at The Market at Ale & Compass, Beach Club Marketplace, and the lobby of Disney’s Beach Club!
