5 NEW Menu Items Now Available at Disney’s Riviera Resort!

There is SO much food to try in Disney World, trust us, we know better than anyone!

With so many options, it’s important to know which places are worth your time and money and which are not. That’s why we try out everything we can and bring you our review! And, this is a task that never stops, because Disney adds new foods around the resort on the regular. Right now, NEW food items have just been added over at Disney’s Riviera Resort! Let’s check ’em out.

The menu is expanding over at Bar Riva at the Riviera! There are 4 new items to choose from: the Burrata Salad, the Salmon with Orzo, the Mushroom Arancini, and the Molten Chocolate Cake. YUM!

The Burrata Salad has heirloom tomatoes, fresh pesto, and focaccia bread, while the Salmon with Orzo has seared salmon with Pomodroccio tapenade and lemon orzo. The Mushroom Arancini is risotto, mushroom, cheese, and truffle served with a house-made marinara, and the Molten Chocolate Cake is a warm chocolate cake with a molten center, topped with a raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries.

But, that’s not all — over at Primo Piatto, there’s a brand new cookie! The Riviera Signature Cookie bakes together semi-sweet chocolate chips, ground oats, California walnuts, toasted pistachios, dried cherries, and flake sea salt.
