It’s been a wild weekend with loads of Disney announcements from the D23 Expo.

Disneyland Hotel

Disney has made huge announcements about Disney World AND Disneyland, as well as announcements about movies, TV shows, and more! But the news just keeps coming in. Now we’ve got an update about the Disney Vacation Club tower being built at the Disneyland Hotel — we know what its name will be!

We previously saw some concept art showing off what the new DVC Tower will look like, but now we know what Disney will call the tower.

The DVC Tower at the Disneyland Hotel will be called…drumroll, please…The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.

The L-shaped tower will have 12 stories with 350 DVC villas. There will also be a new pool, outdoor bar, interactive play area, community hall, and fitness center. Everything will be themed as if seen from an artist’s point of view. The pool will be inspired by Artist’s Palette.

The rooms will be inspired by Sleeping Beauty and use colors from the movie to create a subtle theme. The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are expected to open in 2023.
