2 Special Offerings Are Returning to Disney’s Biggest Event of the Year

The ULTIMATE Disney fan event is almost here!

The D23 Expo will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center for the first time in three years on September 9th, 10th, and 11th, and we’ve already told you about some of the event’s entertainment, livestreams, merchandise, discounts, giveaways, and more. And now D23 confirmed the return of a popular meet-up!

The D23 official Cosplay Meet-Ups and Photo Shoots are coming back! This gathering gives cosplayers the chance to dress as characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and even Star Wars! You need a D23 Expo ticket to attend but all you have to do is dress up and meet at the Grand Plaza Fountain at the scheduled time.

All D23 Expo attendees are eligible to attend, and you can check out the schedule below to decide which category you may want to participate in:

September 9th
- 1-1:30PM — Heroes & Villains
September 10th
- 1-1:30PM — Marvel
- 3-3:30PM — Star Wars
September 11th
- 1-1:30PM — Princesses & Parks

If you aren’t a cosplayer or don’t have plans to attend the expo, you can still follow along by searching #D23Expo on social media. Check out some of the talented cosplayers from the past in the video below!

If you can’t attend the D23 Expo this year (tickets did sell out FAST!), there are ways to “attend” from home! There will be a livestream called D23 Expo [LIVE] where you can watch some of the panels about Disney games and more — all from your home. In fact, there will be 8 HOURS of content daily!
