We can’t wait to see what Disney has planned for this celebration of all things streaming and subscribers. We’ve already heard about some of the exclusive subscriber perks coming to the parks, and now it looks like Disney has shared some of the NEW premieres being released on that day too!
Disney+ Day is taking place on September 8th, 2022, and to celebrate, NEW movies and shows are premiering on the popular streaming service — including Thor: Love and Thunder!

Marvel’s latest film to hit theaters will officially be available to stream on Disney+ starting on September 8th! Not only that, but it will be available with IMAX Enhancement — the 15th Marvel film with this feature on the service.

The movie premiered in theaters this past July, and if you didn’t get the chance to see Thor: Love and Thunder in theaters, now you can catch Thor, Mighty Thor, and King Valkyrie face off against Gorr the God Butcher from the comfort of your own couch!

September 8th also marks the premiere of Disney’s new live-action Pinocchio remake starring Tom Hanks as Gepetto, plus so much more. We’ll be covering all the news you need to know on Disney+ Day, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for the latest updates!
