Disney's New Collectibles Might Cost MORE than Your Hotel Stay

When it comes to Disney merchandise, it feels like we’ve seen it all.

We’ve seen our fair share of Disney merch!

We’ve seen Minnie ears that cost more than a park ticket, spirit jerseys that smell like snacks, and what seems like hundreds of new mugs (seriously — we’ve seen a lot of mugs), but somehow Disney still manages to surprise us. We recently spotted some new Coach x Disney plushes in Magic Kingdom with a pretty high price tag, and now they’ve made their way online!

We spotted the Coach x Disney plush collection at Uptown Jewelers in Magic Kingdom a few weeks ago and they’re available on shopDisney now!

New plushes!

There are four plushes total, each one priced at $600 and made using “genuine polished pebbled leather.” First up is the Mickey Mouse Leather Plush.

Mickey!

Mickey is wearing his classic red shorts and yellow shoes.

And what would Mickey be without Minnie? The Minnie Mouse Leather Plush is also available online.

Minnie Mouse

She is wearing a red skirt and has a red bow. Her shoes are yellow and even feature a sculpted heel.

There is also a Goofy Leather Plush in this collection.

Goofy

Goofy has been known to wear many outfits and don several different looks, but for these plushes, he’s wearing his classic blue pants with orange shirt and vest. And who can forget about the green hat?

The final plush in the collection is the Donald Duck Leather Plush.

Donald Duck

He and Goofy are two of the more detailed plushes and Donald can be seen wearing his sailor outfit with red bow and blue hat. You can even see a little tuft of hair (or would it be feathers?) sticking out on the top of his head.

These plushes certainly are beautiful and detailed, but for $600, you could buy SEVERAL Disney World park tickets or even as many as 20 different pairs of Minnie ears (at their regular $29.99 price). As far as Disney World hotel rooms go, if you stayed at a Value hotel, which tends to be cheapest option Disney has, the room will run you about $200 per night (depending on the time of year, of course). For the price of these plushes, you could get multiple nights in a standard Value hotel room!

The plushes do come with tags that say that they are not meant to to be used as a toy, but rather as a collectible item, so take note of that if you’re interested in purchasing them.
