There have been a lot of changes at the Orlando International Airport recently, and they’re not stopping any time soon!

Orlando Airport
Tons of flights have been canceled, as have some flight routes. And, we can’t forget about that huge new terminal being built that will open up this September! But, there have also been a lot of new routes added to Orlando. And now, two more cities are about to be able to fly straight to Orlando!
Avelo Airlines is adding two new nonstop routes to Orlando — one from Lansing, Michigan and the other from Newport News/Williamsburg, Virginia. Avelo Airlines is a low-cost airline based out of Houston, Texas.

We're just s'mitten for these new routes! @AveloAir is also beginning nonstop service to Lansing, Michigan, 2x/week, starting October 26th! Enjoy small-town hospitality & larger-than-life attractions right in the capital city of the Great Lakes State!

This isn’t the only airline that has added routes to Orlando International Airport recently. We’ve also seen Norse Atlantic Airways, Spirit Airlines, and Breeze Airways announce new routes coming to the airport.
