How to Get a SECRET Slice of Cake at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs Today

Gideon’s Bakehouse is a gothic looking building in Disney Springs where you’ll find almost half-pound cookies, cake slices, specialty coffees, and the popular daily hot cookie hours. Gideon’s is known for its limited time and exclusive offerings, and today only, you can get an exclusive slice of cake, but you’ll first need to know how!

The very first Gideon’s Bakehouse storefront opened during the month of October, but this week the bakery is celebrating a secret anniversary. “But did you know that I first appeared at East End Market as a pop-up, only meant to be there for a month and then gone forever? Six years ago this week, I showed up for that little pop-up experience with no idea what I was doing,” the bakehouse said in an Instagram post.

To celebrate the anniversary of this pop-up event, there is a limited edition cake slice that you can get at Gideon’s Bakehouse. It’s available at the location in Disney Springs, but has already sold out at the East End location of the store. The cake is Pistachio Cream Cheese Cake, which is pistachio vanilla cake with pistachio cream cheese frosting.

In order to purchase this cake, you must wish them “Happy Secret Anniversary.” In doing that, you will unlock the ability to purchase the cake slice. These cake slices are limited to two per person and are subject to availability and they are available today only.

If you’re heading to Gideon’s Bakehouse this month, make sure to check out their July offerings. Until August 15th, you can get the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie, and the brand new Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew. You can also try the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Stuart Cake.
