The Disneyland After Dark: Grad Nite Reunion After Hours event just took place in Disneyland, and you know we had to check it out!

The event takes place in Disney California Adventure park and is an after hours, separately ticketed 4-hour event. It celebrates the last six decades of graduating classes with exclusive offerings like cafeteria-inspired dishes, special characters, entertainment, and more. Come along with us to try out one of the special food offerings at the event!

This is the Stupendous Sriracha and Bacon Pizza Slice from Pym Test Kitchen over in Avengers Campus!

It’s a spicy sriracha pizza with spicy candied bacon and fried eggs, served with kale Caesar salad.

It’s very colorful!

First of all, this pizza slice is HUGE! But, that’s nothing out of the ordinary for Pym Test Kitchen.

It’s very long!

This pizza was SO GOOD! It was sweet from the bacon but also had a strong kick from the peppers and the sriracha sauce. The combo of the peppers and sriracha made it pretty spicy, so beware — you’ll be feeling the heat!

The spicy candied bacon was what made it really amazing and took it to another level. The contrast of the sweet was very nice with the spice.

We would definitely eat again!

If you don’t like eggs, the fried eggs on this might not be your jam, but you can just take them off if you want to! If not, they add a great richness to the pizza. Plus, look how small and fun they are!

The kale Caesar salad was light and refreshing compared to the big slice of pizza, and all of the produce was very fresh.

If you’re a pizza lover and a spicy foods lover, you should definitely check out this slice! But, if you can’t handle spice we would for sure stay away from this snack — it brings the heat! If you don’t want something spicy and would rather have a truly sweet treat, maybe head nearby to grab the It’s Like a Unicorn Raspberry Cheesecake Ration from Terran Treats.
