We don’t make it a secret — we LOVE Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs.
Gideon’s Bakehouse
No doubt you’ve seen our posts about how excited we were when the location opened there, or about how we love pretty much everything we try. In fact, we go to Gideon’s to try out the latest cookie and cake treats and to stock up on our favorites. Now, though, a super rare Gideon’s snack is returning — for this weekend only.
According to their Instagram post, this snack has only appeared once in Gideon’s full 6-1/2 year history. It’s the White Chocolate Coffee Cake Cookie Bites. It’s made with a Vanilla Bean Cinnamon Sugar Cookie covered in butter crumbs. Then it’s dipped in White Chocolate to make the bites.

There’s just one catch, though — these bites are ONLY available this weekend, and they’ve already sold out for Saturday! So if you want to grab them, you’ll need to head to Disney Springs EARLY tomorrow and get to Gideon’s as quickly as you can. The bites are also available at the East End Market location, but they have sold out for the day over there as well. Check back there tomorrow if you don’t want to wait in the Disney Springs Gideon’s line!
Note that if things are really busy at Gideon’s, you may have to sign up for the virtual queue because the shop is small — you’ll be able to sign up in person in front of the shop with your phone number. Then you’ll receive a text when it’s your turn to go inside! While you’re waiting, there are plenty of other things to do in Disney Springs (like shop until you drop).

Don’t want to wait in line for a snack at Disney Springs? You can always grab chocolate and delicious ice cream treats at Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop, shop for artisan chocolate at The Ganachery, eat some over-the-top donuts at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew, and indulge in some delicious pastries and cakes at Amorette’s Patisserie.
