Serving up both classic and unique margaritas, over 200 tequilas, and light tapas, La Cava del Tequila enchants and inspires guests to stay for just one more round. As if you needed another reason to visit this popular spot, for a limited time La Cava del Tequila will be serving up a seasonal twist on an old classic. Here’s everything you need to know!

Well now there’s one more drink to choose from for a limited time! The Negroni Blanco is La Cava’s latest seasonal creation. The Negroni Blanco is made with mezcal, Luxardo bitters, and Cocchi Americano — an aperitif wine.

Their traditional “El Negroni” is made with Oaxacan style Mexican negroni with Gracias a Dios Gin, Ojo de Tigre mezcal, sweet vermouth, Aperol, Ancho Reyes liquor, applejack and coffee liquor. So it appears that this is a seasonal take on that drink.
