Need a break from Disney parks but don’t want to spend all day lounging by the pool?
One of our favorite things to do when we’re not running around testing our top Disney Genie tips and eating our way around EPCOT is hitting up Disney Springs. There are plenty of things to see, do, and EAT in Disney’s shopping and dining district, and we’re back again to bring you a look at what’s NEW in Disney Springs! Let’s see what’s changed since our last visit.
Disney Springs Food Updates
Salt & Straw
The day we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived, because Salt & Straw has finally opened in Disney Springs!
We checked out the opening day flavors, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. If you like unique and new flavors, this is the place for you. We found flavors like Arbequina Olive Oil, Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper, and Chocolate Gooey Brownie, just to name a few. There’s even a flavor with a backstory about a Llama astronaut!
First look! 👀

Don’t worry, though, there are traditional ice cream flavors here, too!

Starbucks (West Side)
There are new energy drinks available at Starbucks! We spotted these at the West Side location. We tried the Mango Guava Baya Energy Drink for $3.25.
We thought the drink was a little sweet but overall enjoyed it.
