Starbucks Has a New Reusable Cup Bonus That Adds Up To FREE COFFEE

During your visit to Disney World, it’s pretty standard to find yourself in a coffee line or two — whether it be Starbucks or Joffrey’s.

If you’re a Starbucks fan, there’s a BIG change coming to the coffee giant and it could mean FREE COFFEE for you! You might remember when Starbucks announced its intent to phase out paper and plastic disposable cups, giving every customer the ability to get their order in a personal reusable cup by 2023. Now, it seems that the initiative has started!

In an effort to cut its footprint of carbon, water, and waste sent to landfills in half by 2030, Starbucks has seriously upped the perks associated with bringing in a clean, reusable cup for your drink instead of taking the disposable ones.

Starting on Earth Day, April 22nd, Starbucks Rewards members who arrive with a clean, reusable cup for their drinks will receive an extra 25 stars to their rewards account in addition to the longstanding 10-cent discount.

The typical reward for Starbucks Rewards members is one to two stars per dollar spent so this is a HUGE bonus. 25 stars are enough to add a free inclusion like syrup to your drink and those stars can add up to free drinks and food. The bonus is valid at participating stores on in-store beverage purchases only for a maximum of three times per day.

But this permanent change isn’t the only way Starbucks is celebrating Earth Day. You can also snag 30% off drinkware at participating stores on April 22nd!
