While the weather hasn’t totally cooperated lately, we know sunny skies and sweltering days are right around the corner. With spring here and summery weather arriving, we’re getting SO excited for the opening of another frozen treat spot — Salt & Straw in Disney Springs. And seeing the latest flavors this company has planned for their existing locations is just making us even MORE excited for the shop to open in Disney World!
Salt & Straw already has locations all over the West Coast — including one in Downtown Disney — and a few in Miami. The family-run shop features unique ice cream flavors and fun milkshakes. And they just announced a fun, limited-time menu inspired by some super creative kids.
Salt & Straw offered a sneak peek at some unique flavors that were inspired by stories made up by children! Bottomless Limes mixes ribbons of key lime cheesecake with shards of sprinkle-studded chocolate bark and hunks of golden pie crust, crystallized with brown sugar and ginger. Triple Tropic Twist features wildly fruity raspberry sherbet with a citrus mousse swirl and bright mango-pineapple jelly. Rosie the Pink Flamingo combines bright strawberry ice cream, house-made gummies, and loads of pink sprinkles.
