PHOTOS: FIRST LOOK at the New Food Truck in Disney Springs!

Did you know that a NEW place to eat is coming to Disney World?

Something new is coming!

Yep! A brand new food truck is coming to Disney Springs this month called Local Green Atlanta! It will join the 3 other food trucks in Disney Springs: 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa, Mac & Cheese, and Hot Diggity Dogs. While the new joint isn’t open yet, the actual food truck HAS arrived in Disney World — let’s check it out!

The food truck popped up today over in Disney Springs’ West Side neighborhood, where the other food trucks are located!

Local Green specializes in vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian options. According to Disney, the restaurant will bring “culture, hip-hop, and fresh healthy greens” all in one bite!

We can’t wait to try this new food!

And their story is also on the outside of the truck! Their website says their mission is “to redefine healthy, affordable food for all by creating an ecosystem based on trust and accountability. WE provide you with a culinary experience focused on your health, that tastes good and helps you feel good, while giving you a cultural experience that binds us as a community.”

Let’s look at the menu!

Their menu includes things like the Rappers Delight (Salmon Philly), the Monsta (Shrimp Burger), the Bubba Sparxx (vegan Pulled BBQ Sandwich), and the Oh Boy (vegan Beyond Burger). They also have sides like Elote Street Corn and Air Fries!

For drinks, you can try one of their smoothies or lemonades, which sound super unique!

There is also a QR code menu available!

The food window is right next to the menu, but it’s shut right now since the truck isn’t open yet!

We don’t have the official opening date yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as it’s announced. And, stay tuned to DFB because we’ll be trying and reviewing this new food spot when it opens up!
