With so many food booths around EPCOT for the Flower & Garden Festival, many people might be skipping their usual trip to Joffrey’s in this park. But that would be a mistake.
We know you’ve got to save room to try out the tasty eats around the park, but some of the Joffrey’s stands actually have new drinks just for this festival! In fact, you can find four brand-new drinks at various Joffrey’s in EPCOT. Where are they located, and which drinks are actually worth getting? We’re about to find out.
EPCOT has not one, not two, but FIVE Joffrey’s locations throughout the park. Four of these spots have special concoctions just for the 2022 International Flower & Garden Festival.
Let’s take a look at each of the new drinks.
Menu
There are new drinks at the World Discovery Joffrey’s location (near Mission: SPACE)…
…the Joffrey’s location near the Canada pavilion in World Showcase…
…the World Showcase Joffrey’s location (near the Disney Traders gift shop)…
…and the Joffrey’s in the American Adventure pavilion of World Showcase.
Drinks
At the World Discovery Joffrey’s location, there’s a Minty Melon Refresher. This is a lightly caffeinated blend of watermelon-cucumber-mint juice with strawberries and blueberries. You can add Watermelon-Basil Vodka if you’re looking for an extra kick. The drink without alcohol is $5.99 or it’s $13.99 if you add the vodka.
If you like artificial melon flavor, you’ll probably like this drink! The melon flavor is definitely the star here, with a very faint mint taste at the end. We thought it tasted like a very sweet black tea — it was refreshing and tasty!
The Joffrey’s location near the Canada pavilion in World Showcase has a Strawberry Fields Refresher, which is a lightly caffeinated blend of strawberry açaí juice with strawberries and blueberries. You can add Strawberry-Lemongrass Vodka if you’d like as well. The non-alcoholic version is $5.99 or it’s $13.99 if you want to add the vodka.
We liked this one! It was light and refreshing, and tasted like natural strawberries instead of some sort of artificial flavor. There wasn’t anything too terribly special about it — but it would make a tasty cold drink on a hot day!
If you head to the World Showcase Joffrey’s (right at the entrance of World Showcase), you’ll find the Pink Paradise Refresher. This is a lightly caffeinated blend of refreshing dragon fruit–lychee juice with strawberries and blueberries. It’s available for $5.99, and you can get it with Watermelon-Basil Vodka for $13.99.
It’s hard to describe the flavor of lychee if you’ve never had it, but to us it almost tasted like a floral melon flavor! There are some berry flavors in here — mostly strawberry and blueberry. We did find this to be the sweetest of all the Joffrey’s Refreshers. If you aren’t a coffee drinker and need a pick-me-up, this might do the trick!
Finally, you can visit the Joffrey’s located in the American Adventure pavilion of World Showcase to find the Wildberry Wonder Refresher, which is a lightly caffeinated blend of wildberry-hibiscus juice with strawberries and blueberries. You can also add tropical rum to this drink. The non-alcoholic version is $5.99, and the version with rum is $13.99.
This might just be our favorite refresher of them all! The combination of the wild berry and hibiscus flavors is perfectly balanced — but it leans heavier on the blueberry flavor! We didn’t think it was too sweet and was extremely refreshing. We would absolutely get this drink again!
Overall
If you’re only going to get one of the new Joffrey’s drinks at this year’s Flower & Garden Festival, we think you should go for the Wildberry Wonder Refresher! It was perfectly refreshing and just the right amount of sweet.
