Get SPICY in Disney Springs With Some Limited-Time Treats

Gideon’s Bakehouse loves thinking outside the box with unique flavors. We’ve tried unique treats here like chocolate chip key lime pie cookies, banana bread cold brew, white chocolate coffee bean cookies, and rocky road cookies, just to name a few.

Gideon’s also features new treats to try every month, and February is all about SPICE. For Valentine’s Day (that’s today!), if you head to Gideon’s, you might find a special perk — and a returning sweet!

In February, Gideon’s Bakehouse is featuring the Eternal Flame cookie, Fire and Iced Coffee, and Eternal Flame Cake — with some changes for 2022! These treats come with Gideon’s special house-made ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon spice mix, so you can expect a little bit of a spicy kick.

The Eternal Flame Cake is $9, and it’s a 3-Layer Double Frosted Chocolate Cake with Red Cherry Buttercream and an outer layer of Chocolate Fudge Buttercream, mixed with the Eternal Flame spice. Check out the Cherry Roses too! Previously, slices were only available on Saturdays and Sundays, but that’s changing!

For the rest of February, you can grab a slice of Eternal Flame Cake EVERY DAY in Disney Springs! It will continue to be available on Saturdays and Sundays at their East End Market location.

And today, you can also get a special Limited Edition Bite Bag, which includes the 2021 version of the Eternal Flame. If you don’t remember, last year’s version was spicier, with less cherry! The Bite Bags will be available at both Gideon’s locations while supplies last.
