REVIEW: Why This Disney Coffee Makes Us Want to Time Travel Back to 2019

Hungry Bear Restaurant in Disneyland’s Critter Country area is a counter-service restaurant known for amazing loaded fries, great funnel cakes, and delicious drinks! This casual spot rarely disappoints during our Disneyland visits and we’re always excited to check out their tasty treats.

Today, we tried out a coffee drink that combines one of our favorite snacks and one of our favorite drinks!

If you take a look at the recent offerings at Hungry Bear, you’ll find the Snickerdoodle Cold Brew with Snickerdoodle-flavored Cold Brew Coffee topped with Whipped Cream and Cookie Dust for $5.99. Cookies and coffee combined? Sign us up!

This was a pretty good drink! For the most part, it tasted like most cinnamon cold brews, just with a little more sweetness from the cookie bits and whipped cream. Would we go out of our way to get it again? Probably not, but it’s definitely tasty!

The Snickerdoodle Cold Brew!

Some of the great things about this drink are the strong coffee flavor and the nice, balanced amount of cinnamon in it. This is great for anyone looking for a great cinnamon-y coffee drink like the ones they have at Market House (A.K.A. Starbucks)!

We saw the Snickerdoodle Cold Brew here back in 2019, but there have been a few changes since then! Last time, this was a holiday offering around Christmastime, so there were red and green sprinkles on top. Although there is “cookie dust” on top of the current cold brew, nothing beats the full snickerdoodle on top of the 2019 version! It seems the 2019 version was the better version with a snickerdoodle cream foam on top — still, we enjoyed the current coffee offering at Hungry Bear.

Hungry Bear Restaurant did NOT disappoint when it came to this drink! It was good to see this restaurant continue its hot streak and serve up another delicious coffee.
