We Found the Perfect Drink for a Chilly Day in Disney World

EPCOT is one of our favorite parks for food, and during the Festival of the Arts we love it even more! However, with all those amazing festival eats around the park, it can be difficult to remember that EPCOT still has amazing food at their non-festival spots too.

Recently, we found a tasty hidden gem in EPCOT’s World Showcase. Spoiler Alert: It was amazing!

Over at the Oasis Sweets & Sips quick-service spot in the Morocco Pavilion of EPCOT’s World Showcase, you can find a special hot drink right now that isn’t usually there!

The Hot Mint Tea combines Green Tea, Black Tea, Spearmint, and Organic Sugar, and it’s available for $4.50 at this location. This drink isn’t usually offered, so when we saw a little sign for it at Oasis Sweets & Sips, we were pretty excited! (And yes, we know our cup says “Disneyland” — but we promise this drink is in Disney World. The Hot Mint Tea!

This tea is actually a hot version of the Frozen Mint Tea served at the same location, which has been a favorite of ours at EPCOT for the past few years.

The hot tea, much like the frozen version, is pretty sweet! There’s plenty of organic sugar in this one, and when it mixes with that strong spearmint flavor it tastes a lot like a mint candy (in a good way!). If you’re looking for a tea that’s more herbaceous and less sweet, this probably isn’t the one for you (seriously, this one is real sweet).

Mmm…nice and warm!

This drink is pre-mixed, meaning the Cast Members can’t make a less-sugary version upon request. It’s actually made from the same mixture as the Frozen Mint Tea, which is probably why we liked it so much! If you don’t mind a sweeter drink, this is a great way to warm up on a chilly day. We grabbed this when it was cold and rainy out, and it was a LIFESAVER.

This tea was pretty sweet but we loved it!
