Welcome to Lunar New Year in Disney California Adventure! This event runs from January 21st through February 13th, 2022, and it’s celebrating the Year of the Tiger. This event features Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean cuisine, merchandise, fun entertainment, and so much more!

Longevity Noodle Co. Booth

Today we’re stopping by the Longevity Noodle Co. booth to give you a review of the treats this spot has to offer. Let’s check it out!

Menu

This year’s menu for Longevity Noodle Co. features, well, noodles! At this booth you’ll find Garlic Noodles for $7 and Spicy Pork Dandan Noodles for $7.50.

There’s also a Salted Pistachio Cold Brew for $6.50, and a Pale Ale for $13.25. If you want, you can also get a novelty Lotus Flower Glow Cube for $5.50. But enough about the menu itself, let’s get into how these items taste!

Food

First, we tried the Garlic Noodles ($7), which are made with long noodles tossed in a zesty garlic butter with Parmesan cheese. This was basically just spaghetti with parmesan cheese and some garlic, but there’s nothing wrong with that! We think this is a great pick for kids or adults who have more of a picky palette. They could also be a great way to soothe your tastebuds after munching on the Spicy Dandan Noodles.

Speaking of, we got the Spicy Pork Dandan Noodles next, which are pan-fried noodles with ground pork and a spicy tri-chile blend sauce. This dish was VERY spicy and had lots of that chile sauce, but the flavors were great! These are $7.50.

Drinks

Next, let’s grab some drinks! The Salted Pistachio Cold Brew features Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Co. French Bistro Blend Coffee, Orange Blossom Honey Syrup, Oat Milk, and Salted Pistachio Foam.

We loved this cold brew! It wasn’t too sweet, and the pistachio flavor was delicious. It also had a bit of a mocha taste to it which was great. If you like Vietnamese Iced Coffee, we think you’ll love this cold brew! You can try it for $6.50.

Keep in mind you can also get a Pale Ale here (the Young Master Brewery, Neon City Pale Ale with Mandarin and Bergamot Zest, China) for $13.25. You can also get a novelty Lotus Flower Glow Cube for $5.50.

Overall

Overall, the garlic noodles were nothing too exciting, but they’re still a solid dish for picky eaters. But we loved the spicy Dandan noodles and the pistachio cold brew. If you’re looking for a mix of unique and flavorful items + a good one for picky eaters, this could be a nice booth to visit during the Lunar New Year festival.
