Christmas has arrived at Disney Springs!

The holiday decorations are up, the holiday merchandise has arrived, and it’s time to eat ALL the holiday treats, including some brand new cookies from Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs. But now, one of those cookies is also available…AS A CAKE!

That’s right, Gideon’s has officially announced its cake flavor of the month, and it’s the Kris Kringle Cake (which is a lot like the Kris Kringle Cookie we recently tried). This three-layer cake is made with vanilla cake with specks of coffee bean covered with marshmallow buttercream frosting infused with coconut and vanilla. And there’s salted caramel frosting between each layer. YUM!

Cake slices of the Kris Kringle cake will be available as of today throughout the month of December.

And while you’re there eating some delicious cake, you can also pick up a super unique Kris Kringle T-Shirt!
