Happy Holidays everyone! As the most wonderful time of the year approaches, Disney World’s resort hotels are starting to decorate for the occasion. Whether you’re enjoying the Grand Floridian’s giant gingerbread house or the cozy woodsy vibes of Wilderness Lodge, each resort has something special to offer during the holiday season.
Grand Floridian is ready for the holidays!
Today, yet another Disney World resort has started decorating and this time, it’s all about classic animation!
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is the latest resort to start putting up its holiday decorations. Let’s start with one of the big highlights of Art of Animation’s decor: the tree! This resort’s tree is a snowy white with blasts of color inspired by the various themed sections of the resort.

Looking closely, you’ll see sketches from classic Disney films, as well as decorations based on the ink and paint techniques used in old Disney animations.

On the tree, there are sections based on The Little Mermaid…

…and The Lion King! You’ll also spot stuff like paint jars and bottles!

Speaking of ink and paint, over at the resort’s Ink and Paint shop, which is located near the lobby, you’ll spot festive garlands!
