The Uva Bar & Cafe in Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District is an outdoor bar located just outside of Catal, where guests can enjoy California sunshine with some tasty eats and drinks.

A highlight of Uva Bar is their Burger of the Month series! They just announced their October burger and we’re sharing all the tasty details with you.

Uva Bar & Cafe serves salads, burgers, and sandwiches along with Happy Hour specials, craft brews, and specialty cocktails. Some of Uva’s past Burgers of the Month have included the Corned Beef and Cabbage Burger, the Holy Mole Burger, and the Pulled Pork Burger.

For October, the burger is inspired by Oktoberfest! Uva describes this burger as an all-beef patty served with shredded lettuce, pork Kielbasa, whole grain mustard aioli, crispy sauerkraut, pickles, and a tomato. They also include a warning that this burger can get MESSY, so you might want not want to wear your favorite shirt (or you might want to bring a bib)!

You can even try pairing it with their October beer of the month, the Oktoberfest Marzen by Ayinger Brewery. Head over to Uva Bar & Cafe in Downtown Disney before the end of October to enjoy this unique burger!
