The 2021 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has been going on for quite some time, but a number of booths just opened recently!

The Brazil booth has opened!
While many of the booths opened back when the Festival began in July, and more followed in August, some booths just opened on October 1st, the day that marks the start of the 50th Anniversary celebrations in Disney World. One of the booths that just opened recently is the Brazil booth, and it’s FULL of returning items and some big fan favorites!
As you’re strolling through World Showcase, you’ll find the Brazil booth between France and Morocco. Check out our FREE DFB exclusive printable map to see where all of the booths are located. Let’s take a look at what food and drinks you’ll find there!
Menu
The menu at the Brazil booth is full of items we’ve seen served here before including those fan-favorite Brazilian cheese bread and one of our favorite dishes from prior festivals, the Moqueca Brazilian Seafood Stew!

Brazil Menu
There is, however, a brand new drink from Doral, Florida that has made its way onto the menu.
Food
Alright, let’s dive into the food.

Brazil Spread
At the Brazil booth, you’ll find 3 returning items. First up is the Moqueca, which is a Brazilian Seafood Stew featuring Scallops, Shrimp, and White Fish with Coconut-Lime Sauce and Steamed Rice. This dish didn’t make an appearance at the 2020 Festival, but it made our best of the fest list back in 2019 and 2018 and is a big favorite of ours! So is it as good as we remember?

Moqueca
First, this stew has a LOT going on. It has a sweetness to it from the coconut flavors, but ours had an odd amount of citrus flavor to contrast that — this combo didn’t work for us. We also didn’t taste much of the seafood this time. For the price, we would expect more than the tiny pieces of seafood we got. The rice, though, was cooked perfectly and was nice and light.

Seafood Stew!
This dish is gluten and wheat friendly, so if you’ve got a special diet that can be helpful. You can grab it at the Brazil booth right now for $5.75.
Next, we’ve got the returning Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Tomato, and Onions. However, ours wasn’t that crispy, although it was tender. The beans were a bit bland but the lime and spices in the salsa gave it a lift. If you want a taste of authentic Brazilian food, though, we’re not sure this is it.

Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans
Finally, we’ve got the fan-favorite and returning Pão de Queijo. This is the famous Brazilian Cheese Bread — and really, what’s not to love? It’s a great staple that we’ve had many times before with a soft and chewy inside and a strong cheese flavor. If you want a good basic snack, this is it!

CHEESE BREAD!
This dish might be simple — essentially made of soft cheesy bread stuffed with more cheese, but simple isn’t a bad thing here. This bread is tasty and a favorite for many cheese lovers out there! It’s also gluten/wheat friendly. You can get this bread for $4.75.
Drinks
Finally, we arrive at the drinks. This year the Frozen Caipirinha featuring LeBlon Cachaça is back. This is one of our favorite Food & Wine Festival cocktails.
If you’re looking for a nice, cool, refreshing drink you can check out this frozen concoction!
New to the booth this year, however, is the M.I.A. Beer Company Limāo Lager from Doral, FL. Previously, we were treated to a Barbossa Black Beer from M.I.A. Beer Company at this booth, but it looks like things have changed. This lager is $5 for 6 oz. and $9 for 12 oz.

Cheers!
This is very hoppy for a lager, with a lot of bitterness (and if that’s your thing, you’ll love it). We were surprised at how heavy this tasted, especially considering the light color.
Overall
And that’s our look at the Brazil booth! If you’re a big fan of some of these returning favorites, then we have a feeling you’ll be thrilled to see they’re back on the menu this year. We’re making our way through all of the booths that have just recently arrived at the Festival, so be sure to check back with us for more reviews, photos, and details!
