PHOTOS: This Cheesecake Actually Looks Like CHEESE in Disney World!

Happy 50th anniversary, everybody! Yep, today Disney World is turning the big 5-0 — and there are SO many things happening for the celebration.

Donald is ready to celebrate!

Big things are happening, like new fireworks, a new cavalcade, and a new ride opening, but we’re here to talk about one of the most important things going on for the 50th: the FOOD! There is a TON of new food all around Disney World, from new DOLE Whips to cupcakes. And, we found a sweet treat that is one of the most fun snacks we’ve seen so far!

This is the Remy “Cheese” Cake from Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT! Uh, are you kidding?! This is so cute!

So creative!

As you know, we’re HUGE fans of cheese (especially the plastic kind!), so obviously, we love the aesthetic of this dessert. But, as cool as it looks, it’s actually just a normal cheesecake! The treat got a makeover to celebrate the opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

Cheese or cake? Or both?

The actual cheesecake was light — it wasn’t heavy like a classic cheesecake sometimes is. It had a slight tang to it, like a good cheesecake should, and instead of a traditional crust, the dessert had a yellow cake layering. The cake actually had a bit of a lemon flavor that came through.

Overall, this is pretty much a classic cheesecake, just with GREAT theming! If you love cheesecake, want a light dessert, or are just a huge Ratatouille fan, you should try this out. But, if you’re looking for something with flavors that are a little more adventurous, pass on this one.
