Step right up, we’ve got something to show you! There’s something different over at the Dumbo attraction in Storybook Circus. That tiny little mouse by Dumbo’s side seems to have flown the coop! Did he borrow Dumbo’s ears?!
While we were visiting Storybook Circus in the Magic Kingdom, we noticed that a familiar friend wasn’t where he belonged!
The Dumbo attraction sign looks a little different! Timothy Q. Mouse normally sits atop the sign, feather in hand, greeting guests who take a ride on Dumbo! Where could he be? It’s not like he ran away to join the circus… .
Here’s a peek from the other side of the sign. We noticed that Timothy has been gone for a little while now, but we hope he returns soon!
It’s more than likely that Timothy Mouse was just temporarily removed for a little 50th Anniversary spruce-up. After all, we’ve seen fresh paint and new decorations popping up around Magic Kingdom for a few weeks now!
For reference, this is what the sign used to look like:
Whatever the reason, we hope that Timothy Mouse returns soon — we miss his cute little face! In the meantime, be sure to stay tuned for more Disney news and updates!
