Halloweentime has begun at Disneyland Resort!
There’s a Halloween scavenger hunt, Haunted Mansion Holiday is spooking things up, and there are Halloween souvenirs to grab as well. But what if you want to go trick-or-treating at a Disneyland Resort hotel for FREE? Well, soon you’ll be able to do just that!
Earlier today, Disney shared that overnight guests of the hotels at Disneyland Resort will be able to enjoy exclusive, complimentary trick-or-treating on October 31st, 2021.
Each of the Disneyland hotels will have a map of treat locations, and overnight guests staying at any one of the Disneyland Resort hotels will be able to visit all 3 hotels!! Guests are encouraged to sign-up for the trick-or-treating at the front desk when they check in.
Looking for more Halloween fun in Disneyland? You can stop by Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to check out an EPIC Oogie Boogie pastry creation.
Here are some of the things that went into this masterpiece:
- 260 pounds of powdered sugar
- 380 eggs
- 220 pounds of rice cereal
- 95 pounds of marshmallow
- 80 pounds of butter
- 120 pounds of dark chocolate
- 80 pounds of white chocolate
- 480 pounds of fondant
- 370 hours of planning and hands-on work
- 13 hidden Mickeys!
Heading to Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel? There, you’ll be able to see Ursula who has taken over a bit of the lobby!
And at the Disneyland Hotel, you’ll find that some Haunted Mansion stretching room art now welcomes some foolish mortals inside.
There are also sweet treats in the bakery cart in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel featuring Jack Skellington cookies…
…Oogie Boogie Cupcakes…
…and more!
If you’re an overnight guest staying at one of the Disneyland Resort hotels on October 31st, be sure to check out the FREE trick-or-treating to make your spooky celebrations a bit more sweet!
