Gideon’s Bakehouse has been incredibly popular since it opened in Disney Springs earlier this year.

We’ve seen wait times up to 7 hours just to GET into the store and grab some sweet treats. The bakehouse is famous for its elaborate cookies, but they also have cakes and fun flavored coffee. Earlier this year, Gideon’s released a Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew for one day only, but if you missed grabbing the drink then, we have some good news for you!

The company posted that they thought they could make the brew even better, so after months of testing, they are releasing version 2.0 of this Dessert Cold Brew.

Gideon’s said there are no store-bought flavor syrups involved (as with all of their coffees) and there’s actually finely crushed Cookies & Cream mixed in!

The cold brew is available TODAY ONLY at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. The store opens at 10 AM and the drink could very likely sell out, so hurry over to guarantee you can try it!

Gideon’s also went on to remind customers of their Key Lime offerings right now for the Flavors of Florida event in Disney Springs. There’s a Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Key Lime Cake (that we really enjoyed, BTW!).
