The Mini Candied Bacon S’mores Funnel Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream looks like an absolute dream at the Funnel Cake Stand. But, does it taste as great as it looks? There’s only one way to find out!

Disney doesn’t tend to fail when it comes to crisp, sweet funnel cake! While the actual funnel cake was great as per usual, the toppings weren’t all what we expected. We wish that it would have had more candied bacon to actually fit with the name, along with more ice cream. The funnel cake was piled with a bit too much whipped cream, which overpowered a lot of the other toppings.

But, the s’mores part of the Mini Candied Bacon S’mores Funnel Cake? It did MORE than live up to its name. It became the BEST part of the funnel cake with the chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers as the prominent flavors.

So, was it worth the $9.50 for a mini funnel cake? That depends on what you’re looking for in a dessert! If you really wanted that great candied bacon flavor, you might want to skip this treat for another option around the festival. However, if you’re there for chocolatey, sweet goodness, the Mini Candied Bacon S’mores Funnel Cake will definitely satisfy your cravings!

Overall

Disney World’s funnel cakes usually score a spot on the Best of the Fest list for us each year. But, we’re wavering with this treat, since we would have loved to have more bacon and ice cream. Still, the Mini Candied Bacon S’mores Funnel Cake has potential as a tentative candidate! We’ll just have to try everything else at the festival to decide if it makes it on our top list of snacks. 😉
