Dino Diner is a quick-service spot in Dinoland, U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Serving up carnival-inspired eat like hot dogs, churros, and corn chip pies, we’ve loved Dino Diner in the past, especially during Christmastime and Animal Kingdom’s Tasting Sampler! Dino Diner, alongside a number of other restaurants, has reopened as of today! Of course, we had to go check it out!
Disney recently announced that the snack spot would reopen on July 4th, and we stopped by to give you a first look! Dinoland, U.S.A. has been lacking in the snack department lately, but with the reopening of Dino Diner, that’s no longer the case. If you don’t feel like Mobile Ordering at Restaurantosaurus, this is a great stop for a quick bite.
Menus
First, we got the Dino-Rama Chili-Cheese Dog which is an All-Beef Hot Dog, Chili-Cheese Topping, and a Side of Potato Chips for $10.99! This is a great quick lunch item and it’s simple, but delicious! If you’re a fan of chili-cheese, then you’ll love this! It’s pretty basic, but will hit the spot as a quick meal or snack.

You can ask for pickled jalapeños on top, which we did (because why not?)! The pickled jalapeños on top added a nice subtle spice that complimented the chili well!

If you’re not big on chili-cheese, grab one of their Dino-Rama All-Beef Hot Dogs for $8.99 and add your choice of ketchup, mustard, mayo, or relish at the condiment station!

Next, we got the Corn Chip Pie with Corn Chips, Chili, Sour Cream, Green Onion, Shredded Cheddar, and Jalapeño for $8.49! Toppings on this one are super similar to the Chili Cheese Dog! Surprisingly, the chips weren’t soggy at all — we forgot how much we love this treat, we’re so glad it’s back!

If you love chili and cheese, this is another great pick for you! The chips were very fresh and not stale, and they stayed crunchy for a long period of time. Just like on the Chili Cheese Dog, the jalapeños were a great addition to the flavor and gave it a nice heat!

Looking for something sweet? Dino Diner offers one dessert — a Churro with Chocolate Sauce for $6.19! One word: YUM! The churro was warm and crisp with lots of cinnamon sugar on it. It’s hard to go wrong with a good churro, so if you’re a churro fan, this won’t disappoint.

And oh…did we mention the chocolate sauce? It was thicker than we remember, but it paired very nicely with the churro! Instead of coming in a pre-packaged container, the chocolate sauce came fresh in a little cup.

Dino Diner is still a great option to grab a quick bite! If chili-cheese or hot dogs aren’t your thing and you don’t want something sweet, try out Trilo-Bites instead (their Buffalo Chicken Chips are amazing!).
