Star Wars Day is here, and we’re channeling both sides of the Force today!
Happy May the Fourth!
In honor of May the 4th, Disney World is going all out with themed treats around the parks. And we’re taking a trip to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a whole line-up of snacks and drinks that Jedi and Sith will love equally.
There are a few more complex galactic goodies around the park. But we’re starting this off with something a bit more simple, because Lightsaber Churros are BACK, baby! We’ve spotted these at various Star Wars events, like the grand opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and Hollywood Studios 30th Anniversary, and we’re happy to see them return.
Lightsaber Churros are back!
You’ll have to choose whether you support the Dark or the Light Side when you head to the churro carts because you can pick up red or blue lightsabers (ahem, churros) with chocolate sauce on the side for dipping.
Here they are!
While these look AWESOME, they tasted pretty average! (Womp, womp.). We thought they would have tasted even better had they been a bit more fresh.

But we did love those lightsaber holders they come in! Not only do they make for some A+ theming, but they make sure ya don’t get sugar all over yourself while you munch.
