NEWS: Disney World’s Star Wars Hotel Lounge Gets a New Name

We hope you’re in the mood for some STAR WARS NEWS.

It’s May the 4th, AKA Star Wars Day, and Disney just dropped a LOT of new info about the Star Wars Hotel, Galactic Starcruiser. We learned when it will open (it’s been delayed), that it will show us a new kind of lightsaber, and about a featured dining experience onboard. Now, we’ve got ANOTHER Starcruiser update!

You may remember waaaaaaay back in 2019, we learned that the lounge would be called The Silver C Lounge. Well, that’s actually changed! Now, the lounge offering is being referred to as The Sublight Lounge.

We don’t know too much about this space except for the following description: “Sip a drink in this stylish lounge, a warm and inviting retreat for passengers of all ages.” So, it seems the whole family will be able to visit!

The concept art also appears to show guests playing some sort of game (maybe Sabaac?).
