Summery treats have been popping up all over Disney World recently.

In order to fit in with the season, we’re trying a cupcake that features lots of light, fresh, and fruity flavors!
Among the many, many Mother’s Day treats available in Disney World this month, Artist’s Palette at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa has a special cupcake on the menu!
Artist’s Palette
The Mother’s Day Cupcake is vanilla cake with peach compote, spiced vanilla buttercream, peach mousse, and a white chocolate hat with fondant green flowers and a pipped vanilla buttercream rim.

Hats off to this cupcake! Not only is it SUPER cute (and quite chic!), but it tastes very fresh, and it’s the perfect snack for spring!

The peaches, in particular, were bright and fresh, and the peach mousse was nice and light. Look how adorable the hat is!

Peach is the prominent flavor, but the spiced notes — cinnamon was the main flavor — were a welcome addition to help balance out the sweetness.
Hats off to this cupcake!
Although the peaches aren’t TOO overwhelming, they are certainly at the forefront, so if peaches (or cinnamon, really) aren’t your jam, you might not like this one. But aside from that, it’s honestly pretty perfect!
