REVIEW: A Fiery Cocktail in Disney World Has a Rare Flavor Combo

From pink drinks for Valentine’s Day to cranberry concoctions for Christmas, Disney World is consistently churning out photogenic drinks. And they can be as pretty as they are tasty! Well, *most* of the time.

Sometimes, certain drinks seem like they’re made mostly for Instagram, with a little less emphasis on tastiness. Such was the case with a fiery new cocktail at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Dawa Bar is one of those go-to spots in Disney World for cocktail classics, and we DO love us some Jungle Juice!

But with a name like “Lion’s Fury,” we figured the new cocktail at Dawa Bar wasn’t going to be exactly subtle. It’s a boozy punch made with Red Stag Cherry Whiskey, and Tropical Jungle Juice topped with a float of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey and a Glow Cube.

First off, it’s a SUPER pretty drink! It looks like a sunset on Kilimanjaro Safaris!

Sure is pretty!

However, the obsession stopped there. The cherry and Fireball flavors were VERY prominent and kinda overwhelming, so if these aren’t your favorite flavors, maybe give it a pass.

The Jungle Juice was a welcomed mixer, as it added a pleasant fruitiness and much-needed sweetness to help temper the cinnamon and cherry.

That being said, this is clearly a fun and vibrant novelty drink that screams “I’m on vacation!” So if you enjoy fruity cocktails and don’t mind Fireball, you just might love it!
