Valentine’s Day has officially arrived, and we’re busy eating all the Valentine’s Day snacks, drinking all the Valentine’s Day drinks, and enjoying a happy Valentine’s Day at Disney World!

Today, we headed over to what might be one of the most romantic resorts on Disney property, Disney’s Riviera Resort! And when we popped into Bar Riva there, we saw a Valentine’s Day drink!
Did we get it? Of course, we did! The drink even has an uber-romantic name: Amore Dreams. It’s made with Lavender Syrup, Lemon Juice, Pomegranate Juice, Italicus, Magellan Gin, and a sparkling water base, garnished with Lemon and Strawberry Heart. ❤️

Was this the drink of OUR dreams, though? As a matter of fact, YES! It’s both light and refreshing, as well as sweet with just a hint of tartness. We would not have guessed that lavender and pomegranate would go together, but here we are, and it’s a perfect pairing! We only wished we were sipping this baby by the pool.

Although the lavender flavor is light, if you’re not a fan of flavors like lavender or rose, you might want to skip. It’s also not a super boozy drink (we barely tasted the alcohol), so keep that in mind, too.
