Review: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of Disney World’s NEW Tiramisu

Because we’re in Magic Kingdom tryin’ something new! Here at DFB, we’re constantly keeping an eye out for new eats in the parks. And we found one! Pinocchio Village Haus is serving up a brand-new dessert, so we headed over to Fantasyland to check it out.

Pinocchio Village Haus offers Quick Service Italian fare: we’re talkin’ flatbreads, pasta, and breadsticks. But what’s an Italian meal without a classic dessert? If you’re in the mood for something sweet, you can now grab Tiramisu here. It’s your classic combo of cocoa powder, a vanilla biscuit sheet, and tiramisu mousse. Yum, right?!

Well…kinda. Now, this isn’t the WORST tiramisu we’ve ever had, but it’s not authentic Italian by any means. The biggest issue we had was that it was mushy, instead of soft and creamy. But at least it wasn’t overly sweet like some of the other Disney tiramisu we’ve tasted!

Not a standout treat, but not too bad, either!

If you’re really craving the tiramisu flavor, give it a try! It’s not the best — but it’s not the worst, either. And at $4.49, you’ll also get a pretty decent-sized portion for the price. We’ll keep ya posted with more new eats in Disney World, so stay tuned to DFB!
