We’ve got some great news for fans of Jaleo by Chef José Andrés in Disney Springs!

This gem of a restaurant which specializes in terrific tapas showcasing traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine reopened to guests in August. During its initial reopening phase, the location was open for dinner on Thursday through Sunday evenings. But additional hours have just been announced for Jaleo!
As shared by @jaleo on Twitter, starting TODAY, Jaleo will be open for dinner SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!

That’s right! You can now dig into paella, sip sangria, and more from Monday through Sunday, with dinner reservations starting at 4PM.
