EPCOT’s upcoming nighttime spectacular Harmonious has made BIG progress lately!
Harmonious Barges
We’ve seen the first barge, second barge, and third centerpiece barge take their places on World Showcase Lagoon, and even though we’re waiting on two more, we can’t help but get excited for the progress on this show. We’ve seen the barges testing before, but tonight we saw a NEW test being done!
Harmonious will be one of Disney World’s biggest nighttime spectaculars yet, with several special effects including custom-built LED panels, choreographed moving fountains, lights and lasers, and pyrotechnics. And tonight, the water effects were being testing on one of the barges!

It looks like the water is coming from the arm that we’ve seen being tested before.

Shortly after the testing started, the water stopped and the arm went down.

We then saw a little boat make its way to the barge where some Cast Members hopped on!

We can’t wait to see this show when it debuts! Currently there is no date for when the show will begin in EPCOT, but we’ll let you know as soon as it is announced. Stay tuned to DFB for the latest Harmonious updates!
