We’re BACK to talk about Gideon’s Bakehouse and it’s been too long (we know, it’s only been like 12 hours, but still!).

This new specialty bakeshop has been pulling out all the fancy stops since it opened at Disney Springs this year. If it wasn’t enough that they have GIANT delicious cookies, they also serve up HUGE cake slices, AND cold brew! And, as if they needed a reason to keep us coming back, they’ve been releasing some limited-time items too so you have to be there at the right time to give everything a try.
Yesterday, Gideon’s Bakehouse brought a SUPER limited and NEW Cold Brew to the cookies and coffee party for one day only. Called the Cookies and Cream Nitro Cold Brew, the drink combined Oat Milk Cold Brew with a scratch-made sauce of chocolate, ground coffee beans, and crushed Cookies & Cream. There are no special cookies and cream syrup laying around, so Gideon’s made their own and unleashed it on test subjects at Disney Springs.

Everyone who was willing to give it a try during the day was asked to give feedback on the taste! And, after one day, the recipe isn’t perfect just yet! Thanks to all the comments from those who tried the coffee, Gideon’s is going back to the recipe pad and making some tweaks before releasing the cold brew back onto the menu.
