With each new season (and seemingly, each new week), the cold brew innovations just keep coming, and the latest creation is a COOKIES & CREAM version being tested out TODAY only at Gideon’s Bakehouse.
The cookies get MOST of the attention at Gideon’s Bakehouse, and deservedly so, but the whimsical minds at Disney Springs’ buzzy bakery are whipping up fun new treats to savor — and sip!
PB Chocolate Swirl Cookie
Just yesterday, they announced a CHOCOLATE DIPPED COOKIE CAKE, and we’ve long been obsessed with their good ol’ fashioned layer cakes. But here’s a hot take: the cold brew is a hit on the menu!

We love the other coffee flavors, like the Original Peanut Butter Cold Brew and the Ginger Snap Cold Brew, now Gideon’s is testing out a new Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew TODAY at their Disney Springs location only.

Like their other flavors, this one goes the extra mile with details and ingredients, by combining Oat Milk Cold Brew with a scratch-made sauce of chocolate, ground coffee beans, and crushed Cookies & Cream. Each drink gets shaken (kinda like a cocktail), and it’s served up in all its glorious sweet goodness!
Peanut Butter Cold Brew
If you’re as curious — and thirsty — as we are, you can try one today. They’re running it as a one-day taste test, so fingers crossed that it becomes a permanent cold brew addition!
