From massive cookies, to gigantic cake slices, to delicious cold brew, Gideon’s Bakehouse is a dessert lover’s dream. In addition to their regular menu offerings, Gideon’s also occasionally serves up limited-edition menu items that guests need to act FAST to snag.
If you’re heading to Disney Springs this weekend, you might just be in luck. This Saturday and Sunday, Gideon’s Bakehouse is serving Chocolate Dipped Cookie Cakes for the FIRST TIME in Disney Springs!

While this is the first time the Chocolate Dipped Cookie Cakes have arrived in Disney Springs, they have been a favorite at Gideon’s East End Market location in Orlando for years.
Guests can treat themselves to a slice of Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie Cake, a take on this month’s limited edition cookie! According to Gideon’s, they rarely make Cookie Cakes out of their limited edition flavors, which makes this menu offering even MORE exciting. There is a limit of two slices per person to help spread the love.
