Fans of runDisney certainly think so! Even with Disney races being held virtually over the past year, that hasn’t stopped runDisney from sharing all of the ways that you can stay active at home. Right now, Disney is even removing every excuse and giving us a workout to do while we watch a Disney movie!
The Beauty and the Beast Workout challenges you to complete specific workout moves based on the action in the movie. It’s kind of like a game really. Every time you see something happen in the movie that is listed, like when Belle is reading, you have to move somehow! We’re not sure if we’re remembering the movie right, but doesn’t Belle read A LOT?!

At least the Beast only transforms into a human once. Darn it, Disney, now you’re making it harder for us to come up with a “but it’s movie night” workout excuse. I guess we’re turning on Disney+, watching Beauty and the Beast, and getting to work. Stay tuned for more Disney news and updates!
