It’s official! Some of the greatest cookies ever will once again be available in Disney Springs!

Gideon’s Bakehouse Cookies

Gideon’s Bakehouse started the year with a limited soft opening at their new location in Disney Springs. The spot closed for some time to get set for a grand opening and it’s reopening TODAY! To celebrate, they’ve announced a HUGE Grand Opening event with TONS of cookies and free merch!

This morning, Gideon’s Bakehouse announced that the Disney Springs location will reopen today ahead of their Grand Opening event (with limited edition cookies and free merch!!!) this Saturday, January 16th. The event will run for their full hours of 10AM to 11PM.

The event is sure to be a big one with free merchandise, limited edition cookies, and MORE! Outside of the five core cookies, a whopping FIVE limited-edition cookies will be available and the cookie-per-person limit will be raised from six cookies to 10 COOKIES “for the first (and maybe last) time ever.”

The available limited edition cookies that will be available include the Frankenstein, the Santa’s White Christmas, the Coffee Cake Cookie (beyond just the morning!), the Chocolate Penut Butter Swirl, and the Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip.

Don’t worry we’re telling you about the free merch too! Guests will receive (all while supplies last) a free commemorative Limited Edition 11×14 Art Print of the Gideon’s Gargoyle, signed and numbered by artist Michael Reyes. There are only 1,000 of these available and they are limited to one per transaction. Plus, you’ll get a free 3 x 5 Inch Gideon’s Gargoyle Sticker (one per transaction with each available Gargoyle Print).

Finally, the evening will feature an EXTENDED Hot Cookie Hour with warm cookies topped with home-made ice cream from 7PM to 9PM.
