We’ve been hanging out at Disney Springs, keeping an eye on some of the construction for its upcoming sweet locations, and seeing what new things we can snag before the holidays!

We spotted some fun, new merch featuring some fan-favorite characters, sweet treats, construction updates, and more! Here’s what’s new at Disney Springs!

Disney Springs Food Updates

Vivoli il Gelato

In addition to making some major menu updates, we also spotted a delicious, seasonal sundae at Vivioli il Gelato! The Mistletoe Magic Sundae incorporates cake batter gelato, red velvet cake, white chocolate sauce, and whipped cream — yum!

This sweet sundae is available through New Year’s Eve, so act fast!

Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC

Happy Hanukkah! Erin McKenna’s Bakery is celebrating the holiday with a cute, vegan Dreidel Cookie!

This cookie is both adorable and festive! You can get it for $4!

Disney Springs Merchandise Updates

Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories

We found some totally adorable Loungefly bags featuring some of our favorite Disney cats and dogs!

Check out these cute pups on the backpack! It’s priced at $90.

In case you’re looking for something a little bit smaller, the design comes as a wallet, too! The wallet costs $50!

And if you’re more of a cat person instead, the cat backpack features these snuggly Disney kittens! Marie’s bow poking out over the top is such a cute detail. This bag can be yours for $90.

And of course, the kitty design comes as a wallet, too. This one also costs $50.

We just can’t say no to those little faces!

UNIQLO

We can typically find some pretty awesome t-shirt designs at UNIQLO, and we were in luck today! We spotted a bunch of awesome t-shirts featuring none other than Mickey and Minnie.

You can see Mickey rocking lots of different looks on these shirts. Check him out in his boating outfit!

Mickey looks like he’s ready to kick back on vacay with his sunglasses and flip-flops!

Minnie’s sporting a lot of different styles from her wardrobe, too! Look at her with her grass skirt and lei! She also looks dazzling in her heart-shaped sunglasses.

You can also grab a t-shirt with Minnie wearing her traditional outfit, featuring her yellow shoes, blue skirt, and little red hat!

Each of these shirts costs $19.90!

Pop Gallery Kiosk

Pop Gallery has a different location now that the upcoming Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew location has taken its old storefront.

This kiosk sells lots of unique art!

This is a good spot if you’re looking for art that isn’t totally Disney-themed.

The shop is hoping for another storefront, but for now, you can find the Pop Gallery Kiosk near World of Disney.

Eyecatchers

This kiosk that sells attention-grabbing wind spinners is in a different location, too.

You can find it over by Paddlefish!

Disney Springs Construction Updates

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew

We noticed that more construction walls came down at this upcoming donut spot!

We even got to sneak a peek inside! It looks like it’s all coming together.

We’re waiting for an opening date for this location but we’ll be sure to give updates when it’s released!

Gideon’s Bakehouse

Another sweet spot we’ve been checking out for construction updates is Gideon’s Bakehouse. This week we noticed that windows had been installed.

We even saw someone working on the front door!

Gideon’s Bakehouse is still expected to open in 2020, but the clock is definitely running out! Check back with us for updates!
