We just found one of the PRETTIEST gingerbread cookies in Disney World!
Disney’s Riviera Resort is home to Le Petit Cafe which has brought us some of our favorite holiday desserts and coffee drinks. We’ve got another holiday snack to add to our growing list of favorites. Right now, Le Petit Cafe is baking up some Mickey Gingerbread Cookies that are exclusive only to the Riveria Resort!
What makes these cookies so special? First of all, the recipe is only being used for the Gingerbread Mickey Cookies sold at this resort. The special ingredients include honey and rye flour. Also, they’re pretty to look at! AND, you get two cookies for $5.99. Compare this to one standard Gingerbread Mickey that costs $3.99.
See how pretty they are?? The backside of the cookie is coated in chocolate with the Riviera Resort lettering printed in a gold pattern. One of the cookies features an indent with the same logo.
Ok, they’re pretty, the ingredients are different, and you get two cookies. Most importantly, do they taste good?? The results are in…yes! They do taste good! The gingerbread spice is fairly prominent and the honey adds a good amount of sweetness to the cookie. They’re fresh, large cookies that are pretty and yummy.

We will say that the honey tones down the gingerbread spice a bit. You might find this cookie a little too sweet if you love the taste of spicy gingerbread. Either way, we suggest lovers of gingerbread cookies give these delightful treats a try!
