PICS! Check Out the Ride Vehicles for the Upcoming WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure in Disneyland!

Ever wanted to have superpowers? We certainly have!

That’s why we’re pretty pumped for the opening of Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure and Disneyland Paris. The land was supposed to open in DCA with the WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure attraction in July but was delayed. Now, we have a peek at the RIDE VEHICLES for the new web-based attraction!

At the IAAPA Expo this morning, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro shared updates on a LOT of big Disney projects. One of those updates brings us the latest progress at WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure and the Worldwide Engineering Brigade building that houses the attraction.

We haven’t been able to check on Avengers Campus construction since Disneyland closed back in March, so this glimpse of the WEB building is quite the welcome sight. The exterior of the structure seems to be nearing completion with theming details like the Stark mural already in place. You can peep Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission BREAKOUT! in the distance! AND we got a peek at the ride vehicles! This attraction will let guests sling webs just like Spider-Man in the special Web Slinger vehicles. Here they are pulling into the loading platform!

The pods open up on the side for guests to enter and the front of the vehicle is open as a window to sling webs and experience the ride.

And don’t forget that all the Spidey excitement won’t just be on the INSIDE of the building, we’re also going to be able to spot Spider-Man slinging around Avengers Campus thanks to the new stuntronic technology!
